At the end of the day, all residential users have one thing in common: They need a reliable energy partner who will work with them to keep electric rates affordable. Columbia Water & Light provides incentives for you to be energy efficient because it is good for our community.
Columbia Water & Light offers a variety of programs and incentives to help save money and energy. For residential customers these programs improve the health and comfort of their homes and make the community’s housing more affordable. While conducting research for the 2008 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), the utility’s staff recognized that a large amount of energy could be saved if customers would take a “whole house” approach to energy efficiency. Customers can realize savings by making targeted, specific investments that also produce savings for the utility.
